NetSuite ranks among the 10 “Top Workplaces 2012” in the San Francisco Bay Area

Independent Survey of Employees by the Bay Area News Group Features NetSuite As a Bay Area Top Workplace

SAN MATEO, Calif.—JULY 2, 2012—NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N), the industry's leading provider of cloud-based financials / ERP software suites, today announced that it has been named to the prestigious Top Workplaces in the Bay Area list in an employee survey conducted by the Bay Area News Group, publisher of The San Jose Mercury News, The Oakland Tribune, Contra Costa Times and various other newspapers as well as digital media properties. The Bay Area News Group's 25-question survey was conducted in partnership with the independent research firm Workplace Dynamics. The ranking is based on a composite score of employee response to survey questions regarding company direction, workplace conditions, career opportunities, company execution, management, and pay and benefits. About 1,520 Bay Area companies were invited to participate, with 112 companies meeting participation response thresholds of 50 percent of a company's employees based in the Bay Area. Ninety-two percent of NetSuite's San Mateo employees participated in the survey. Seventy-five companies in total are on the Bay Area list.
