NetSuite selected by ISM as winner of real time CRM Software Award

SAN MATEO, Calif.—April 30, 2007— NetSuite, Inc., the leader in on-demand business management software, announced today that its product NetSuite was selected by ISM Inc., Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and eCustomer strategic advisors, as a Real Time CRM Software Award winner for 2007.For more information about NetSuite's awards please visit : www.netsuite.com/awards.

The Real Time CRM Awards were introduced last year in response to the dramatic impact real-time CRM applications have on the way customer-facing personnel work. To identify the 2007 winners, ISM's Software Lab staff tested the real-time capabilities of many software applications against nine criteria, three additional criteria from last year.

"NetSuite is to be congratulated as being a leader in the CRM wave of the future as real- time CRM is providing more rapid answers to customer questions, instant chat with customer service, immediate access to order status and inventory, and seamless connectivity between the Internet and brick-and-mortar stores, with real-time intelligence," said Barton Goldenberg, president of ISM.

NetSuite was rated according to nine real-time solutions criteria: Real-Time Dashboards, Rapid Application Development Tools (RAD), Workflow Tools, Business Object Configuration, Mobile-Device Implementation, Real Time Currency Conversion, Real Time Analytics, Real Time Accounting Integration and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) Functionality.

The Real Time CRM selections are featured in ISM's 15th edition of The Guide to CRM Automation and online at (www.ismguide.com).
