NetSuite CEO Zach Nelson to deliver keynote at eTail West 2012

Keynote Address to Feature Strategies for Mastering Complex Commerce Business Operations in the Cloud

SAN MATEO, Calif.—February 17, 2012—NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N), the industry's leading provider of cloud-based financials / ERP software suites, today announced that NetSuite CEO Zach Nelson will deliver a keynote address at the eTail West 2012 conference, being held from February 27 to March 1, 2012 at the JW Marriott Desert Springs in Palm Desert, CA. The keynote session, "A Better Commerce System: Delivering Business Benefit Through A Comprehensive Commerce Platform," will take place at 10:45 a.m. on February 29, and explains how complex, fast-growing Ecommerce companies can improve customer experience, reduce inefficiencies, and increase profitability by unifying their business processes in the cloud. NetSuite will also showcase its product portfolio in the exhibit hall at booth #11 in the Desert Ballroom, where executives will be available for face-to-face meetings.

In his presentation, Mr. Nelson will detail how Ecommerce companies can overcome the significant and ever-changing challenges of mobile, social, tablet and computer-based shopping with business solutions that eliminate silos and alleviate the cost and complexity of systems and channel integration. The address will highlight examples of innovative retailers that have streamlined customer service and fulfilment, unified shopping channels and delivered a more profitable customer experience across all channels. Mr. Nelson will also showcase how some of the world's fastest-growing brands, including social shopping giant Groupon, Ecommerce fashion giant Beyond the Rack, and active imaging leader GoPro have powered rapid growth into dozens of emerging markets through harnessing the powerful NetSuite cloud. These companies have all realised the advantages of an end-to-end, cloud-based business solution, enabling them to expand quickly and cut layers of wasteful, low-value spending on niche software products. The presentation will demonstrate how today's modern cloud suites combine best-in-class Ecommerce capabilities with globally-proven ERP, CRM and warehouse management technology, freeing merchants to innovate to the extent of their imaginations.

"The complexity of today's commerce landscape has become so challenging, that it's virtually impossible to succeed with outdated, siloed business systems," Mr. Nelson said. "Looking at Ecommerce as an integrated part of the organisation, rather than as a stand-alone channel, will enable retailers and manufacturers to harness the power of a unified system to deliver a more robust customer experience combined with stronger operational benefits and bottom line results."

Today, more than 12,000 companies and subsidiaries depend on NetSuite to run complex, mission-critical business processes globally in the cloud. Since its inception in 1998, NetSuite has established itself as the leading provider of enterprise-class cloud ERP suites for divisions of large enterprises and mid-sized organisations seeking to upgrade their antiquated client/server ERP systems. NetSuite excels at streamlining business operations, as demonstrated by a recent Gartner study naming NetSuite as the fastest growing financial management systems vendor in the world.
