Centralizing global operations: From humble beginnings, The Leisure Collective’s products are now available in more than 30 countries. The business now has offices in Queensland, the USA and France, providing strong foundational support—from design through to distribution—for all employees and its remote workforce.

Deep diving for a unified approach: As it expanded globally, The Leisure Collective’s systems were struggling to reconcile international data, causing delays in information visibility. Having used MYOB, QuickBooks and Excel spreadsheets, the company needed one unified system to reduce reporting complexity and add integrated inventory management for stock all over the world.

Catching a new wave: The Leisure Collective turned to NetSuite OneWorld in July 2015, consolidating its global operations and giving it real-time visibility into global inventory, financials and operations.
