Technology Improves Operations
- Fast delivery needs fast systems
- As the business grew, Domino's China began to encounter challenges that its Sage ERP couldn’t handle. The business had no unified system to keep track of operations, meaning it lacked visibility and flexibility. Each store was using its own systems, and there was no way to manage it centrally. Additionally, supply chain management remained largely manual and inefficient.
- A deluxe combo
- Domino’s unified its financials and process management on Oracle NetSuite ERP, building a comprehensive supply chain platform for production, distribution, procurement, shipping and quality control. It has automated sales orders, materials management, cost analysis and financial statements at each of the company-owned restaurants.
- Adding extra toppings
- Domino’s is planning to build out additional customisations on NetSuite's open SuiteCloud development platform. The multi-dimensional reporting capabilities will further support the business’s rapid expansion.
